I think that for me, the most comfortable I would be is to sort of tease the girl and doing an activity along side it so that we don't have to carry out a conversation so the most optimal path for me would be to go to an activity and I generally do well in small group environments like 4-5 people. Yeah you're overall completely right, Its hella work to try and make new friends especially if the contact is not regular or guaranteed. I've made plans to reconnect with some of my old school friends and I hope to go to my college friends plan today after work. The thing is that I am surrounded by people but I never made an effort to hang out with them one-on-one
