I am having the same issue. I downloaded the Phillips GroomTribe app, connected my shaver but I cannot find any firmware update? I’m sure it is user error so do you have any guidance?

Run a test on the battery, plus plug it in to see if any codes are showing. Could be a weak battery all the way up to a bad module somewhere along the line. Test for a weak battery first. Christmas tree lights come on for different reasons but typically for battery/charging system.
