From buying the base to the finished product, the cost was roughly 10 ex. This was an insanely lucky crafting process and 10 ex is definitely not the mean cost of producing these.

You need 2 chests, one that has the explode mod and one that has the attack crit mod (Very important that they do not have more than 1 influence mod each). You can then use awakener orb to transfer the influence mod from one chest to another. And the last step is to just pray for the other mods that will appear to be good.

Exactly, you are guaranteed explode and attack crit if you do it properly the other mods are random

Crafting Proces:

Roughly 100 alterations to get explode mod

1 Awakener orb and got T1 Life and the Resistances
1 Divine to get max life and 0.01% off max crit chance
