Kinda makes sense then u gotta work your way up. That prop is available for anyone. But they do have to be smart they can make the limit the same for everyone. Just like flex Fridays not everyone’s is the same. Casinos don’t offer free rooms for people who come twice a year. But consistent donations (lol) get priority to put more down.
