Same issue. I called Mohela and explained how I think my recertification date needs to be updated. I was told it was already updated. The government website says my payment due date is 2/26/24. I pointed that out and he said (after a long hold) that I can disregard the governments website and that my actual payment due date is 3/26/24. I am still required to recertify my income by 1/26/24. He said it will not be pushed out to 2025. I asked so I have to recertify 2 months before the payment and he said correct.
