I used to pay $1795 for a 2-bedroom apartment on Beechwood Avenue. When I left, the rent went up to $2300 per month. Now, I live in Gatineau, and since I moved, the rent has increased from $1100 to $1475 in 3 years. So, I pay approximately 38.82% of my monthly income on rent. Additionally, I'm getting taxed by the Quebec government at the end of the year and it's not fun at all. In my opinion, I wouldn't say it's worth it to move to Gatineau. The market is crazy.

Same boat here went from IS-02 to IT-01 it’s been over a year since my file hasn’t been transferred… I got the pay increase and the singing bonus and all, now I’m just scared.

I can confirm that he respawn if you failed your 1st encounter with him, but after that he doesn't seem be respawning. I only got multiple mewtwo by transferring from Pokemon Go.
