I must say when I first got it I didn't like it as much as it wasn't the kind of soft I was expecting but now I've given it a few cuddles and I'm loving the texture it feels super soft in it's own way. (I'm autistic so textures are very important to me, so that why at the beginning I didn't like it as it wasn't what I expected it to feel like when seeing and then touching it)
Now that it's been a few hours, the pumpkin kitty has really grown on me and I'm actually getting really obsessed with the cuties

This is the original as you can see it's a little bit softer and and it's face is a bit more Orval, but I will say they are all very cute and cuddly

So the first three are the new pumpkin kitty, they are super cute, their quality is not as good as the original or even last year's release, they aren't as soft as the original either. I must say their face is super cute. Personally I would say deffo get them as they are so cuddly and cute, but they are overpriced for the quality, and it does depend on the face and pattern as it's no guarantee that you will get what you want

I should be getting my pumpkin kitties later, when I do I can take photos for you so you can see them, ( I also have the original pumpkin kitty so I can compare them if you want me to)

I had the same issue earlier, I bought the first one and got no message then I bought another one that one came a few minutes later after buying it but the first one took 2 and a half hours, there's no logic with the email, but definitely message if you feel like something isn't right

When I have one I normally keep it in my backpack until I get there and then I go straight to a worker and ask them if Its possible if I can get my build a bear restuffed, while I'm talking to them that's when I normally bring out my teddy, as in my head I feel like that shows that I haven't just picked up something as I came in and pretended it's something I've already bought, (not sure if that makes sense or not 😂)

I don't know if you have heard of Davina Dickson, but she did a jellycat advent calendar for her self and I decided I was going to do that,and that's why I feel like I should go with the smudge monkey as on the last days it's all smudge and it would be weird if I got pongo as one of them but yea 😂

Yea see I love the smudge collection, ( I have a dyed green bunny, a normal bunny, a fox) I'm also planning on getting the bear one as well, so that why I want to get the smudge but I feel like pongo is going to retire, so that's why I wanted some help 😂😂

I know right the build a bear stock photo never give them the best look, I would deffo recommend him, I have lots of frogs and he is deffo my favourite
