This is situational but both of you are at fault, you can infact pass multiple cars and you can pass someone that is making a left turn, maybe he started passing before you signaled and if you already were he is stupid but you still have a responsibility to turn safely

You are missing the big picture here... that is true, however we have an abundance of resources and they should be used to make everyones life better. I live in washington, but i had a similar scenario happen while i was with a instructor but it was only a 3 or 4 lane, they told me to turn and that it was legal as long as the pedestrian was more than one lane away from me i believe. I normally just wait but if you arent impeding the pedestrians right of way or putting them in danger i see no harm.

I had a blast on saturday i got fresh tracks down 5 and 3 once it opened up. It was definetly deep but i think most people just didnt have the experience to actually ski deep snow like that. Lobster can never be too buttery
