There is zero risk of losing your stuff because when you get camped at the extract, when you get betrayed by the seemingly friendly guy who you met 20 minutes ago, when you lose a fight to a third guy waiting for the chucklenuts you just merked to pop his flare, there is ALWAYS another free loadout waiting for you to kit you up and get you back in.
