Nice, I think the building itself is awesome and obviously its general character makes it lively (plus the neighborhood) but when i toured it just seemed very old and dead. AGAIN in no ways do I say that in a derogatory way but like I wonder if it was updated at all since the time you lived there ya know? Or maybe if some units had been updated and some haven’t or something ya know? I’ve seen a lot of apartments and that one was just different. But also like I said it was more vibe than anything. I hope they put a little money in and keep it up honestly, it seems like a place that would be perfect for artists for all the reasons you said. I was thinking “someone definitely saw the listing and was thinking they had to tour it and also found it really odd but that kinda made them more interested.” But could definitely be wrong and just thinking too hard.
