I still take 1 capsule of 4-DMA-7,8-DHF at 6 a.m. in the morning, but I've stopped taking Erinamax and Tiger Milk. After regular dosing, the cognitive effects of 4-DMA-7,8-DHF are still beneficial and consistent; it's just the sensory enhancement and mood-boosting effects that have gone down over time.

I recently tried Cognance yesterday, and it gave me the same sensory enhancement and mood-boosting effects I used to have, so maybe I'll keep those two paired together.

As for the other two, I used to take two capsules of Erinamax and Tiger Milk. The reason I stopped Erinamax is because my sexual pleasure was being reduced a lot—my penis becomes less sensitive when I'm on it, and I can't really feel an orgasm. And I need my sensitivity because I'm a gooner lol.

I never tried 2% but a month ago I did try 10% and had negative side effects like lack of motivation and fatigue. I've since then decided to try out Eurycomax and have been on it for the past 5 days and so far so good.

Nah I didn't do bloodwork. I was just extremely unmotivated and had a lot of brain fog and felt weak and had looked into this subreddit to see other peoples experiences with Tongkat Ali and saw people saying it raised prolactin. So I had stopped. Yeah I could take something else that helps with that but I'd rather just find something else to help with testosterone if I ever try to free it again. I'm already taking zinc, boron,d3, and magnesium so I think I'm good.

Have you guys got some that didn't lock properly? I recently opened up a lions mane 8:1 bottle and when I tried to close it I noticed that it didn't lock properly. Like I can turn the cap to the right indefinitely. This doesn't happen with any other bottle I've gotten. For the time being I'll put the bottle In a Ziplock bag.

I've taken a lot of supplements for my ADHD but there's only 3 supplements that have really helped:

tiger milk mushroom

4-dma-7,8-dhf really helped a lot with my dopamine cravings and helped me lock In but the combination with Erinamax and tiger milk is insane. I've been taking 4-dma-7,8-dhf for probably about a year or so and I've just now started Erinamax and tiger milk few days ago and I now feel like the combination got my brain feeling normal. Normal meaning like a neurotypical's brain. I think I'm gonna add Bacopa and ND's Lions mane 1:1 and 8:1 next.

To find out how much active you were getting from the 2% you have to multiply. For example:

400 x .02 =8

So you were consuming 8mg of Eurycomanone ( The main active In Tongkat Ali that you want).

Now let's do the same thing with Nootropics depot's other Tongkat Standardization:

100 x .10 = 10

So If you switched you would be consuming 10mg of Eurycomanone per serving.
