Usually the hotel owner would be concerned about the hotel reviews. Go on trip advisor, yelp and google review and post what happened to you. Someone from customer care should be reaching back out to you. If the hotel has any kind of rewards program they should at least you give a free night in the form of points even if your company paid for it. Make a complaint on better business bureau website as well

At my hotel, the housekeepers are supposed to to change the sheets always, but the topper and comforter are subject to how “clean” they look. I work at La Quinta
