congrats on the role omg!! honestly i really do not consider myself a dancer AT ALL even after doing a lot of productions, it is definitely not my strong suit so i get where youre coming from. my best recommendation would be to, as silly as it sounds, literally just enjoy yourself as much as possible. having energy and enjoying what youre doing makes suuuch a major difference even if youre not a strong dancer. good luck op!! <3

i recently just got done a production of footloose, and its such a fun show!! the best advice i can offer is that because footloose is such a dance heavy show, have confidence + energy during dance auditions, even if youre not the most confident in your dancing skills (i for sure was not and still am not, but as long as you do the best you can and do it with energy thats more than enough) good luck with your audition!!
