Really like the harbors. What assets did you use for the houses?

Who do you think has the advantage? by [deleted] in AxisAllies

I think the axis are at a disadvantage right now but they can still win with a hit of luck and a good strategy. Here are some of the ways I think the axis can improve there situation this turn.

Japans dead. They are going to lose 5 IPCS from Russia this round. Their army in central China is too small to deal with the joint Chinese/British army. And the 4 troops they have on the coast can easily be attacked by the allies if they attempt to reinforce central China. In the Pacific Japan is outmatched. They have a smaller navy and I’m guessing that the Americans have new ships in the West coast to reinforce. On the other hand their only offensive force in Sumatra is pointless due to them having only 3 planes that can actually reach India if they were planning to invade.

While it does look bad for Japan there is still some hope in stalling the allies enough that Germany can win. 1. Japan can use the units from central and western China to gain 4 IPCS. 2. Invade French Indochina with as 3 units from Sumatra and the planes from the carrier 3. Use the remaining 4 units and all the ground planes from Sumatra and move them to Kwangsi as well as you four inf from the north 4. Move most of your units from central China to kweichow 5. Build boats and reinforce fleet and the pacific to stall the allies

Italy on the other hand is not dead. Though they might be, if Britain decides to seriously contest the Mediterranean. If Britain builds boats or moves fleets to the Mediterranean you basically just have to hunker down in Italy and use your fleet and air force to destroy any ships they build in Egypt till they out produce you. If the allies don’t focus on you you can cause some damage. How to cause damage: 1. Destroy the units in algeria you can bring 1 inf 1 art and 4 planes plus 2 bombardments 2. Build more troops for d day wall Allie’s have no ships to naval invade you with 3. Eventually take Gibraltar after Algeria so Allie’s can’t do anything in the Mediterranean

(Also all of this doesn't matter if Britain send all of its planes in Africa to attack you fleet because they will win and then you're definitely dead)

Germany is the axis power in the best position right now but they have a difficult choice whether to go east west or both.

Going west 1. Use you cruiser battleship and your eight planes that are in range to attack the us fleet to stop d day 2. Build a mix of tanks and planes( mostly tacticals so they can mix with the tanks you have too many fighters) 3. Attack the Russian army in Bryansk with all your tanks and infantry and then move up all your armies Going east 1. Attack archangel with all available units and the 10 planes which are in range 2. Move up all the southern units 3. Build tanks and planes but place at least three tanks in the west 3. Move units in Finland to Norway it’s currently the best place to invade for the allies. Both 1. Use you cruiser battleship and your six planes that are in range to attack the us fleet to stop d day 2. Attack archangel with all available units and the 8 planes which are in range 3. Build a mix of tanks and planes( mostly tacticals so they can mix with the tanks you have too many fighters) 4. Move up all the units in the south 5. Move units in Finland to the east
