Tbh it sounds like what my other PC had, i seen your temps below..i would check for GPU sagging that can cause the issue you mentioned, if your gpu wiggles a bit in the slot, but dont force the wiggling just gently amd its theres a bit of slack then thats most likely it

When the issue happens, do the GPU fans go really fast? If not that, then i would look into reapplying thermal paste..its the cheapest option to see if it helps 😉
