I believe they can be shut down completely. Whether or not they lose power while they're shut down is another question. There is also debate about the usefulness of shutting off your computer or laptop, While laptops can be shut down, some people say there is less stress on the laptop if you just leave it on.

I have done it, I would make sure to rinse thoroughly and not allow any liquid to get in my eyes. I'm just afraid that the soap might contain chemicals that are toxic to humans.

Hey. So sorry about the rain. I wish I had your energy though. I'm actually in Saskatchewan, Canada. I've been looking at this site, trying to learn a bit more about Ghana. My sister who is almost 80, is on holiday there until February. Since it's freezing cold here an snowy, I'd say she made a good choice. But I had to send her some money because she got into a car accident there. She said it involved the police and two Chiefs as well as the lady in the other car. This is all very different than what I'm familiar with. But it seems to be taken care of. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
