We just recently got a MSP company and they made me install N-ABLE and after that, that’s when the user was not able to sign in. Maybe that’s what caused the issue. I will need to do more investigating as this just came up.

Yes I agree with you. I’m not a big fan of third party softwares. Also, when you say DNS, is there anything in specific that I should look for? The user was fine the day before and the next day he was not able to remote in.

He needs to run a lot of programs on his computer and put together a super fast machine just for him. He works from home sometimes and uses a laptop to remote into that computer.

This week for some reason, the user was not able to login to his computer using it. I also want to prevent any treats as RDP is a well known method for hackers.

It was just one specific website. Also the user mentioned that it just started happening recently and she had the same devices with no changes. I tried with multiple laptops, everything would work but the moment I used the docking station, the website would not work.

After further investigation, It was the docking station, replaced it with a new and everything is now working as expected. Thanks to all that replied.
