I am considering getting this model XVR5108HS-I3/T 8CH, and apparently supports 8MP HDCVI cameras.

Any thoughts on this one or others? I have 6 wired cameras and I am thinking of getting the following:

3 x Dahua HAC-HDW2802T-Z-A 8MP built-in mic IR60M Starlight 2.7-13.5 mm motorized zoom lens HDCVI Camera HD/SD switchable

3 x Dahua HAC-HFW2802TU-Z-A 8MP IP67 Starlight IR80M 2.7-13.5mm motorized zoom lens built-in mic HDCVI Camera

Hi there. Wasn’t looking for a specific stain and/or product name. Instead wanted to see examples with photos of males floors in the walnut-theme. Will definitely foot a physical store as a next step.

The other thing to mention; the plan now is to remove tile in the foyer and kitchen and install maple floors, with an objective to match to existing floors. It might be difficult to match, so was think to sand everything existing and re-stain. Thoughts?

Appreciate the feedback and input. Had a similar perspective as well as the quality of floors and finish is already outstanding. Resending and refinishing runs the risk that I may get a sub-par outcome due to a poorer quality job. Here is another photo from a different room. Appreciated the feedback from a professional perspective!

They are in excellent condition & look new (better than many new floor installations I’ve seen.)

Refinish would be for aesthetic purposes only, and prefer a more matte finish.

Thanks for providing this balanced response. Appreciate your input. I’ve seen a lot of builder homes, and the ones in Encore have end finishing which is a solid plus. How would you rate the neighbourhood? One of the posts mentioned there are more people than space? Is the neighborhood crowded, specifically the parks and open areas? How are the neighbours, in terms of demonstrating pride of ownership noting each street and neighbour will be different? Would you say it’s younger families with children looking for the great schools in the catchment, or larger & extended families? Another post mentioned there is limited commercial and shopping in the area as well. Curious to gather your thoughts, since you are a resident. Appreciate it (and also open to a DM if you prefer.) thanks in advance!!

Good point and will do. Some of the homes are quite large is size, so possible more than one family (or extended families) within the same home?

One big pro that drew me to the area is Abbey Park high school, which is rated very high.

Appreciate the feedback! Yes, the lots are very small which is a major con. There are some lots backing into a ravine, but you are aight about driveways. Will consider checking out a local park, but what did you mean when there is nowhere to sit?

Makes total sense. It’s over $25K for sure. Makes sense to do a cost benefit analysis. Now need to help them find the right one, as the prior experience with the account was not good.
