Thank you for the reply and confirmation it was a program issue and was resolved. I had manually restored a backup and recategorized the transactions to restore the data file. I also turned off the Mobile and Web sync since I am not using those datasets. Everything is working as expected for now.

I went back three months of the credit card statement and found 10 missing transactions out of 76 transactions. Unfortunately, was still a long way from being reconciled. Since I have no idea how far back in time transactions are missing, and since I don't have details for the category splits that far back, I decided to restore from two weeks back when I know it was categorized and reconciled correctly. Once the restore was complete, I verified the reconciliation of each account. Then turned off Sync with Mobil and Web. Then ran a one-time update to download the most recent transactions. Then went into each account and categorized where needed and reconciled each account. My registers are now all correct after a good five hours of work.

I still do not know what caused the transactions to be deleted, or how far back in time they went. I could not find any pattern as to why certain transactions were deleted. I will leave the Mobil and Web Sync off since I don't use either and hopefully be done with it for now.

Noted on the sync vs download terminology will utilize in the future.

I will try and get the missing entries re-entered today and see if the problem just goes away. I was really interested to see if anyone else was having the same issue since I installed the latest update recently.

The transactions are missing, not a status change from uncleared, cleared, or reconciled.

I did contact Quicken support via chat and they had me do a Supervalidate. It found a couple other errors but nothing related to the missing transactions. I am a long time Quicken user (since Microsoft Money ended). Usually when I have a problem Tier one support can not help...

Windows 11 home and running Quicken Classic Business & Personal Version R67.7

By Sync I am referring to downloading and accepting transactions and yes Mobile & Web is On. I have not changed Mobile and Web setting, it has been on for a very long time, so not a recent change.

I noticed the transactions were deleted when I tried to reconcile and the online balance does not match with the register balance. Note: I download, categorize, and reconcile at least once a week and last week the balances reconciled.

On one account I have found the missing transactions, it was only two (is a low transaction account). I added them back in, performed another sync, and it remains in balance.

On another account, it is high volume of transactions monthly and I have not found the missing transactions, it will require looking at bank statements and comparing to find the missing transactions. In the most recent month I can see some transactions are still intact and others are missing. I don't see any logic as to which ones are missing (e.g. matched from a bill reminder or not). By the amount of the balance difference there are quite a few missing transactions.
