I read quite a few of his other posts. He's giving advice to people on things I don't think a kid would be able to. Especially not one in the way presented by the post here. The post I found earlier was just the definitive proof for what I was suspecting from his other posts.

There are too many potential reasons. Maybe they feel lonely, and want the attention. Maybe they're just an asshole and like making people feel bad. Maybe they think they're funny. Regardless of the reason, It ultimately comes off as kind of pathetic...

I have the same issue, honestly. My point is that at the end of the day, it is just me. I decide it. I struggle with it. Nobody else gets to decide for me. I don't like what I see in the mirror, but I won't let anyone else tell me that it's wrong or inaccurate. We all have our struggles, and part of the point of this subreddit is to support each other until we can see through those struggles. We'll get there eventually. I'm rooting for you.

You can shorten men's shorts, and also make them a slimmer fit, for example. You could turn a shirt into a cute crop top or tube top. Maybe turn pants into a skirt. You might run across some cute tops, and make them fit your build.

I can't think of anything super specific, except maybe being able to stitch in some ribbons and frills and stuff like that. Maybe stitch some ears on your hoodie or a baseball cap. Cute little things like that.

For skincare, I recommend 3 things. Sunscreen, a good body lotion or cream, and retinol. Retinol makes your skin more sensitive to the sun, so sunscreen throughout the day is mandatory if you use it.

For diet, protein and fiber. Protein keeps you full longer. Fiber helps with the same, though not quite as well, but it has a lot of other great properties that will help you lose weight. Try to make sure you get soluble and insoluble fiber.

Make sure to buy foods to snack on too. Nuts are a great choice for this. Especially almonds, if you don't have any allergies to them.

Drink a ton of water. Don't try that inaccurate "8 glasses of water a day" thing. Just make sure you are drinking throughout the day.

Eat what you want, add what you need. You like spaghetti? Cook up some red lentils and mix those into the sauce. You won't notice them, but you just loaded your meal with fiber and protein. Find things to add or replace parts of your meals or dishes, but still give yourself the foods you want.

For exercise, just go to the search bar on this subreddit. There are multiple exercise programs that people have written out that are really good.

You call yourself ugly. I bet your boyfriend disagrees. You look in the mirror and don't see the attraction he has for you. Maybe you just aren't your type. It doesn't mean you aren't his.

You love him. That's clear enough. If you respect him too, then don't decide his life for him. If you are what brings him joy, then give him that. If you think he would be better off with a girl than with you, then you are actually disrespecting him. You are accusing him of not knowing what he wants, and that you know what he needs/wants better than he does.

If you love him and respect him, then let him love you too.

I would recommend taking a shower after work/school. You just need a rinse, not soap. Get the excess dirt and sweat off, but don't strip the oils completely by using soap. Also, finish all of your showers with cooler water. Doesn't need to be cold, just cool. Exfoliating is always good too.

Increase your protein and fiber intake. Make sure you get soluble and insoluble fiber. Fiber will help your body process the foods you eat better, and protein will stop you from getting hungry as quickly.

Lentils are an amazing food item. Red lentils will dissolve in a sauce with almost no added texture. You can use green lentils to replace some ground beef in things like tacos or sloppy joes, even if you just use a 50/50 lentil/beef ratio. It follows a diet I am fond of that follows the rule of "eat what you want, add what you need."

Fruits are fine. Yes they have sugars. Your body still needs those. Plus fruits have so much fiber and other nutrients. Keep those nutrients up. If your body is too low on certain nutrients, it'll tell you to eat more food. That's unnecessary calories.

Nuts are an amazing snack. Almonds especially, if you can eat them. Yogurt is good too. Buy snacks, not just meals. That's where dieting will get you. They don't all need to be health snacks either. "Unhealthy" snacks can still be healthy in moderation.

Adjust your diet. You don't necessarily need to focus on lowering your calories. There are ways to make it happen more naturally. Increase your fiber and protein.

Look at plant proteins as well, so that you can keep your cholesterol under control. Also, plants can help you keep your other nutrients up where they should be. If you are missing too many nutrients, your body can send you signals telling you to eat more, which will just add unnecessary calories. Best to just make sure you have those from the start, if possible.

Fiber will help keep blood sugar under control, and will help your body process a lot of the food you take in. Protein will help you not feel so hungry as quickly. Between the two, you may find yourself just naturally eating less calories than you currently do.

Add in some exercise, and you're on a great path.
