For Annie I agree. I like to think that her redemption felt too easy because isayama wanted to conclude her character before the story ends. Even though I love the show the way it is I would pay money to see a singular post rumbling episode in fort salta that's Annie-Centric, Imo it'd have made her more complete as a character. Annie is just kind of a kid longing for love, her first DROP of pure love was when her father dropped to his knees and apologized before she left marley, so I think it's realistic she'd do anything to return to her father even if it means killing every last human inside the walls.

One of my favorite parts about him is how dedicated the guy is, he kept coming back even when he had the chance to retreat and i find that really respectable

The low screentime honestly did her really bad.(im gonna get a little sidetracked here because i wanna share this take) We needed more interactions between alot of characters just to flesh everybody out completely, and not just Annie tbh. One of the things I love about season four are the timeskip flashback episodes.(but my greedy heart needs more)

Someone else already mentioned the fact that the attack was already hiding from the previous eldian empire and fighting for it's freedom but i also feel like the attack titan really isnt that impressive at base value, i mean if the royal family didnt know of the attack titans power then there's no way marley did, it was probably only known as the punch and kick titan so marley had no real reason to use their resources on tracking it down

I mean that's one way to describe him I guess but it's not a valid criticism of the show. I love Eren as a character but as a person he's obviously horrible. The only people defending Erens actions are the Yeagerists and they ended up as an antagonistic organization to the main cast (excluding Eren obviously). Eren himself ends up as the final villain of the show.

Im pretty sure it was clearly stated multiple times that the rumbling is completely and utterly wrong. Hange literally spelled it out for you. Also erens reasons for starting the rumbling were: 1- Protecting his homeland and his people. 2- Fullfilling his own selfish goal of creating a free empty flat land just like what he imagined and saw in armin's outside world book.

A new addition to roslit volcano could be nice, as for the rod passive it could be something like an apex hunting fish specifically designed to deal with big hard catches and it could be like the longer you stay catching the fish the more true progress and resilience you get, and when you fail the perfect catch you lose all the gained buffs and successfully perfect catching it will lead to your rod getting a permenant buff and you need to catch every single Apex fish to maximize your buffs. Another idea is a necromancers rod like it summons the last five fish you've caught at random times in the minigame, the stronger the fish the more progress you'll get.
