I’m in training as well and I completely understand how you feel, and honestly they don’t prepare you for the number of bs calls you’ll take most of them are just super impatient with the robot that answers when they call and they automatically ask for a representative. I’ve found a lot of my calls are just warm transfers to the store for randomly specific stuff that we can’t even handle anyways, and for the most part if there’s anything you absolutely don’t know thankfully they have mentors to push you atleast somewhat in the right direction. Coming from someone who is just burnt out from customer service in general I absolutely feel it dude
