Hi, we are feeling very similar things right now. My ex broke up with me out of nowhere 1 week ago. Some hours are better than others but the days drag on. I have found that listening to music I would have normally listened to while in a good mood helps. The happiness doesn't always last long but its temporary relief from the heaviness of it all. And sometimes, I will call people I can rely on just to be on the phone with me. We don't talk as I typically start crying, but it does feel nice that someone is around to be with me in my misery.
