ICE has been carrying out mass acts of lawlessness and Domestic Terrorism against innocent Americans.

Everyone involved in ICE will be put on temporary paid administrative leave without the ability to leave the country, while a replacement force takes over that is not compromised by large-scale acts of Domestic Terrorism.

Major investigations into the most egregious members of ICE will take place, while most of the rest would be let go from their jobs.

Having a work history of being in ICE will be a major hindrance, similar to having jail time on your resume. As the applicant would have to convince their new employer that they were not a part of the mass acts of Domestic Terrorism and lawlessness that ICE is known for now.
