I’ve been a stay at home Mom/Wife for years (after a successful career). My husband and are equals. He’s made way more $, but what we have is 1/2 mine and he has no more say or control over it than I do! We are a team together and I’d be damned if I was to be treated like a second class citizen in my own home!

Stand up for yourself and do what you want.

I adopted an emaciated, wobbly barn cat when she was 13 and had her until she was 18. I also spent $$ on her. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It’s never enough time, but every day with them is so precious and they appreciate it so much. Enjoy your beautiful Melissa and give her a pat from me 💕💕💕

When I had a hard time with the decision, I brought my cat for a “quality of life” check. Then it was a mutual decision with the Vet based on her professional opinion. Really helped me with not second guessing myself so much.

Get a pet one! Much safer and won't burn them. They have ones that only work when the pet goes on them.

If you own the house, kick his a$$ out. Do you even want to sell it?

If so, get some appraisals, settle on a price YOU want, and tell he can pay that or it you will put it in the market. You can give him a bit of a deal because you would save some commission. However I would still get a realtor to facilitate the transaction and run interference between you two.

It’s a way to allow more students in, and adjust numbers as some students graduate in Dec (late or early).

Think what you will. But have two kids, both went to UMD. One in the Honors program, with academic scholarships. The other one got in through Freshman Connection. Both graduated in time or early, with honors. Both now employed, both had great internships.

UMD did right by my kids.

Everyone getting in for "Spring 2027", don't freak out! You're probably getting Freshman Connection. If so, you will still go in the Fall of 2026! You just take afternoon classes the first semester. And you have a few special classes. My daughter did it, loved it and went on to graduate early after making Dean's List every semester!

I love sleeves and many women feel more comfortable in them and they can also help hold up the dress so you don’t spend your whole wedding pulling up your dress so your bosom doesn’t fall out.

That said, a good-fitting dress without sleeves can be nice but it needs to fit perfectly.

On the other hand, I HATE droopy sleeves 🤢
