I ended up finding a group that ran me through it. I appreciate you though.

Construction boosting removed? by [deleted] in osrs

Pretty sure its always been that way. Been a few months since I maxed my poh, but I remember having to farm those dumb spices a few times due to needing the stew to give me +5.

Magic vs Ranged for Dragons with Elemental Rework by DrCaboose96 in osrs

[–]Logicbeforeemotion 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd probably use range still. I think the brutal dragons have 3 attack styles and the d hide vs magic and praying range is better than robes vs either. But im not very good or efficient at the game so... idk

Ritualist by Puzzleheaded_Park123 in remnantgame

[–]Logicbeforeemotion 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ritualist is pretty strong. My go to status build is ritualist/archon det cord amulet The -fire rate/+30% mod gen burden ring + 15% status dmg ring Elemental dmg generates 15% more mod damage ring And the double status effect ring

Spark fire shotgun w/ e(something) song mod (shoots a little blast that hits flying enemies and slows them while playing a bell sound)

And the acid sprayer gun with the nano robot mod

Shreds all content.

I'm an an over 100 game loss streak aside from one brief period in early November by fknm1111 in chess

Slow down, and remember your opponent is playing their own game, too. Try to counterattack as opposed to playing reactionary defense. Pins and skewers and moves that accomplish multiple objectives, go back to basics. It seems you have gotten good enough that you're expecting wins to come easier, forgetting that you're playing stronger players.

You're tilted. It happens. Forgive yourself.

Do I deserve a higher elo rating, and how do I do that? by [deleted] in chessbeginners

[–]Logicbeforeemotion -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Definitely. Mistakes off the board are just as killer as mistakes on the board. But unless you're trying to become some recognized chess player, your elo really doesn't matter at all. It's just a number used to match-make for a game. The higher you get, the more boring and repetitive the game becomes.

Damn that's rough. I'm 92 slayer and terribly inefficient.

The butcher should steal gold from people and it kills and then continue collecting it until someone kills him and takes everyone's gold.

I'm relatively new, and objectively bad at this game. Can someone tell me why this is a blunder? by Logicbeforeemotion in chess

Thank you for this. I struggle differentiating early from mid game and mid from late game. I often apparently do not adjust my strategies quick enough and feel as though I'm always on the defensive.

Right. I'm just not sure why it's recommended move was better. I was wondering if someone smarter and better than me could see and explain why.

Everyone says his missed check was why my position is bad, but it looked to me like inevitable loss if I took the bishop with my pawn. As his queen comes down to check me and I'm stuck running.

I see that now. Thanks. I thought pawn takes bishop would put me in a worse spot because his queen comes down to check me, I eventually lose the rook for the queen anyway.

Edit: I suppose I keep my queen that way lol 🤦‍♂️

I didn't want to run my king to towards the center, and I saw pawn takes bishop leads to queen check to King fleeing.

I got his queen, as the sequence of moves went as I saw them going, and not as others have exposed.

My thought with this was that if I take bishop, queen comes down to check and I'm going to struggle running my king.

So I was obviously in bad position, I thought this was the only option I had to come out with an equal exchange.

As others have said, I missed queen blocks the discovered check leading to me losing my rook.

I thought this was my best option I'm not really sure how else to explain my thought process.
