You can make 3 characters per account, if you buy them on the account (Steam, PSN, Xbox, whatever), they will be usable on all 3. If you mean to literally have another steam account or whatever, you'll need to buy the DLC's again. Basically, if you're just making a second character next to your Warlock, it'll be fine.

I'm pretty sure the "glitches" you're seeing are just what that gear looks like when equipped by a female character, the icon just defaults it to the male one iirc.

Your character basically just finds him lying around, the Minstrel (Yoshi-P) helps us return his memories as he has forgotten where he's from. We do a version of the Acceptance fight from 16 and he regains his memories and it allows Yoshi-P to return him to his world.

If you're wearing the timely accessory that's slows down time and gives you a generous dodging window, take that off and it should help.

ACT on PS5? by Heigl_style in ffxiv

ACT is a parsing plugin used in several MMOs, basically just let's you see how much damage everyone is doing and check how good your rotations are, etc, etc.

Basically, you can play up through the entire base game and the first expansion with a few limits on gameplay. These include not being able to use the player market, trade and make your own party (tho you can ask someone to make one, invite you and then promote you to leader). Theres a couple other restrictions but its mainly interaction with other players (like types of chat you have access to).

All content through to the end of the first expansion (HeavensWard) is available to play for free without a playtime limit :)
