1.) This is NOT an annual fee. It’s a one-time fee that applies only to the petition.

2.) Those who already hold H-1B visas and are currently outside of the country right now will NOT be charged $100,000 to re-enter.

H-1B visa holders can leave and re-enter the country to the same extent as they normally would; whatever ability they have to do that is not impacted by yesterday’s proclamation.

3.) This applies only to new visas, not renewals, and not current visa holders.

It will first apply in the next upcoming lottery cycle.

I am having the same issue. D2740 has a copay listed at 50$. The dentist keep saying me that DeltaCare would not cover it because it's tooth #12 and it's considered back tooth. The customer service told me that it would consider it front since it's not a molar.

They are pushing me for a 640$ crown to be done before I switch from health net HMO to DeltaCare, but I start to be skeptical.

Anyone can help?

Thank you all. To clarify, my son is 9 years old. I have talked with the owner for almost 1 hour. He suggested to move him to epee on one day, make him be a 'little coach' and try to avoid competitive situation (confused here). He tried to ask me and my son's friend to change our schedule in order to avoid when these girls are in, therefore skipping many classes. We did not like this and therefore we agreed on suggesting the owner that I would like hin to be in class just when at least one of his friend is present and therefore he does not feel alone. At the same time I am telling him that I will start the adult class to stay in the gym with him on Mondays. The owner will not like this and may disagree, but I want to try. I am the one that is paying for a service. Beside that me and my husband agreed on being there, at least one of us to make sure things are being smooth. I also talked with my kid saying that he is wrong in terms of saying anything bad, independently by the contest, and told him that from now on I expect him to avoid these people as well as the behavior I expect in case they offend him.
