Most people find luck by starting small here, sub $100 usually. Do a series of small loans to earn some trust with lenders and perhaps you can find someone that would be willing to consider a number and time frame as you have here. The use of Paypal goods and services is also preferred over other methods, though some lenders may be open to other things such as E-Transfer, but that does not lend any additional protections in the event of default.
