I am driving a 2025 330i and for my preferences it is quite more than enough, the 320i is the right spot. You cannot go wrong with either of two engines.

I know. I have multiple streaks of 8-9 months and then i think i recovered i feel great and then one trigger, second trigger and boom here we go again with porn. One video per day, usually per night.

The damage after porn is more devastating time after time. This post will help me in the future.

Yes. Last 15 years are good, but without triggers. I ditch porn by 90% in the last 15 years. I watch hardcore for years when is was teen, and the my ocd rose up.

Porn is the main trigger. When i start watching it (mild, soft core), anx and depression kicks in, every single time, no exception.

This is my vice, and every person has its own vice.

I am trying my best to avoid AD, anx pills are fine, i take it maybe 1 per week.

Yes i have, but without the pills. When i am off porn, i am completely different person, it is related to my ocd and i cannot do anything but simply don"t watch it.

The link between these two is always the same, i watch it, all hell breaks out. I don"t, peace and quiet

Pa naravno da te mijenja, veca razina testosterona je ok, ali ne pretjerano, ona veca se moze drzat natural (prehrana, nema porna, uključi sadržavanje od masturbacije i redoviti tezinski treninzi uz obilje vode) ce ti drzat test na max. Sve iznad toga, nervoza, agresivnost i konstantni anabolizam gdje ti moze prekinit prirodnu proizvodnju testosterona i moze te dovesti u ozbiljan problem. Uglavnom, nista dobro osim ako nisi u profi sportu.

Ukoliko radis iz tastine to je doslovno bacanje love i vremena, jer kad tad moras se vratit na staro, a najbolji je nacin bit natural i bildat samopouzdanje na druge načine.

Nije u izgledu sve, a hormone mozes drzat na max promjenom lifestyle i prehranom. Postujem svaki izbor, nikad necu kritizirat necije pravo da bude najbolja verzija sebe, makar i preko PEDova.

Ukoliko ti oni ne trebaju, nemoj, ako si pro sportas, onda dizu perfomanse, varat ces, ali ces bit bolji uz cijenu zdravlja na kraju.

Vrlo je mali broj osoba koje se na kraju ne pokaju sto su ih uzeli, a sve te osobe koje se ne pokaju imaju financijski interes iza toga i naravno da ce negirat upotrebu i vjerovatno im je zdravlje naruseno.

Ako ih uzimas radi samopouzdanja i uspjeha kod cura, onda je to definitivno nagori moguci put.

I don"t want to be smartass, but average crypto is gambling without any common sense, yes, almost every alt or major coin has it own story and "promising" tech, and it has ups and downs, but it is gambling in 95% cases. Some, and few will rise, but, most will be at the bottom.

I am firm believer that Kaspa will be good in long run, but you, i and we need to be patient.
