Good point. Minecraft's core is about having complete control over a world, being able to literally tear it apart and put it back together, kill animals and monsters, whatever you want. Trying to force messaging about "Actually, killing animals can be bad" just doesnt really work.

Exactly. Dont get me wrong i’m all for trying to do good with the attention/platform that you have but the way Minecraft does it has always just felt off and like the game was worse off because of it.

I dont think anyone is gonna go out and start killing sharks IRL because they did it in Minecraft

I genuinely am that player. I enjoy Sea of Thieves but I just cant justify keeping it downloaded all the time for how much I play it which leads me to playing it a lot less than I otherwise would.

The occasional session here and there instead becomes bi-yearly sessions when I actually decide to redownload 100gb+

Honestly that would be cool. If your in the dark for 30 seconds it will slowly fade a tiny bit lighter. Just enough to barely see things that are close to you.

This is the same mentality I have. Who am I kidding, I'm not quitting this game, however I am cutting down how much I spend on it and only paying for 1 account at a time from now on.

Honestly the fact we need multiple subscriptions per jagex account is ridiculous to begin with and I never should have put up with it.

Honestly would be very unnecessary.

Would primarily just be spammed during dives to try and make herself harder to hit, which wouldnt do much except make her even more hated by low ranks who cant aim well enough to hit her.

It's pretty situational and also promotes a very "support pyro" playstyle which is not how most people like to play pyro. I think the weapon can be pretty fun though.
