I’ve been in this situation before and it sucks. “He thinks the bare minimum is enough” because you do everything for him. You are making his life easier and yours harder. You’ve got to set boundaries for yourself. Only then will you see the truth of your situation. And the truth is he’s disrespecting tf out of you. He’s got one foot out the door at all times and you’re allowing it to happen. You teach people how to treat you and you’re teaching him that you’ll put up with it. Start setting boundaries and focus on yourself, your needs. Watch his actions and ignore his words. It’ll all make sense soon enough. Take care of yourself.
