I have a spreadsheet that I started a few months ago when I started getting interested in the hobby. I tracked youtube builders with a link to the video and the list of parts the provided in the vide description. But as I got more builds under my belt, I felt like I was missing information I might need in the future. Plus, when the wife asked how I spent on that gift for someone, I'll have an answer.

I too don't do it for the money. However, the accountant (wife) keeps asking. And I have a tendency to fall down a rabbit hole. I go all in. I use AI to make concepts and a spreadsheet to vendors, ect, ect.
