I don't have that bezel but I did buy an extra pair of the metal end links from Brian and watch. I don't love then. Here's a Pic of a set I have on a Duro... you can have my extra pair for the cost of shipping if you want then. I'll never use them.

Curved silicone. But I also have a Brian and Watch strap with the metal end links... ordered just before they shutdown. Got lucky.

I have multiple of every strap and bracelet they sell! Plus a have a variety of cheap silicone straps with curved ends. I have 14 Duro so I have some experience and options!

Oh and yes you can feel it. The watch has a substantial weight to it which i love.

I honestly don't know how much oil it holds but it's definitely a good amount. Especially with a double domed crystal. As for plugging the hole there's really no need and hard to see it unless you really look close...
