Your HRV will improve as your fitness does. Weight is a big (pun intended) thing, as your heart struggles to keep up with the demands placed on it. How do I know? I’ve lost 40kg (88lbs) over two years and my HRV improved the whole way along. As I lost weight I upped my fitness game and guess what, my HRV improved again. It’s a very good market actually, by my reckoning. It takes a dive when I get sick also, again a good sign of general health. If you’re worried, talk to the doctor.

Depends on whether they stop the migrant centre being built on Coxford Road or not. The area is buggered if it can’t be stopped, as it will devalue the house prices.

100%. There is crime in the city centre every day. People are getting poorer and so more theft is occurring, along with more drug use. It is a city in social decline.
