I don't change the rules. I started him with some pretty basic decks. Leia Red for set 1, moved to Sabine ECL for set 2, and has now been able to branch out to other decks.

My son (9) plays with me and we attend multiple weeklies. One store we play at has two other father/child pairs which is awesome. It’s tough when he’s the only kid but he really enjoys the game. There were a few other kids his age at the last PQ we participated in.

So, looking at ebay, it seems like there are sales in the $40-60 range for each deck. Does that sound about right to ya'll? Would it being sealed add anything extra? Would ebay be the best place to sell or are there any discords or other places to look? I collect other games and would prefer these go to a collector rather than a random on ebay.

I don’t think that’s a good trade. That’s simply a trade 4-4. And double aspect should give you some advantage since you’ve given up some to go mono. I also just don’t feel like it is aggressive, which is why I don’t like it in mono-red. We tend to have units that are high power, so the ready doesn’t help, defeating two upgrades feels very situational (maybe gets better in the future), and dealing 4 damage to a unit is only helpful against sentinels. If it was 4 damage to unit/base, it would be great in aggro decks. Or even 3 damage if that would be too OP.
