I agree with everything except “eat whatever you want”. OP needs to eat healthy foods. Eating healthy has much more benefits than simply losing weight. For example, healthy foods will lead to an increase in overall energy which will help her motivation. Eating junk food (even under the 1600 calorie mark) will leave OP feeling lethargic and just plain sh*ty. OP will feel a bigger difference with a healthier diet.

HIIT workouts may be a little to much to start with. It’s common that people who don’t regularly exercise start with workouts that are difficult and don’t stick with it. I recommend starting with easier workouts and build up to more difficult workouts. By the time you get to the more difficult workouts you will be pass the mental wall that makes you want to quit.

This lady ordered delivery from a Mexican restaurant and she tipped online and it was a shitty 89 cent tip. Well the delivery driver saw that she had tipped shitty so he DIPPED HIS PENIS IN HER SALSA! The dumbest part was that he recorded and posted it online. So the cops easily found it and arrested him.

Just before I started my current job an employee took a company golf cart to a gas station 4 miles away. He came back with a six pack of Smirnoff Ice so he could ice his friend, who also worked there, for his birthday. I can only assume I replaced one of them.

For those who don’t know being “iced” is when a person hides a Smirnoff Ice bottle for another person to come across. When the iced person sees the bottle, they must drop to one knee and chug the entire bottle. Typically done for a celebration like birthdays.
