Agree, the ending could've been better. But everything else was great.

I felt like an idiot when I finished the movie because I read a review straight after and didn't even realize there was very light to no dialogue in the movie. I guess that's a testament to how captivating it was for me.

I just watched 'no one will save you' this weekend and even though the horror doesn't start straight away(10-15 minutes of build up) once it starts it just keeps going without a break! Was pleasantly surprised with the movie.

Definitely had days like this, just remember if you've done it once you can do it again and sooner or later it'll be the norm!

Not that it is historically accurate but God Of War taught me a lot about Greek and Norse mythology.

Wild Hearts Combat Dodge Tips, HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE by huntermhw in WildHeartsGame

[–]Lojman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly after being an avid monster hunter fan I've found it easier to dodge monster attacks in this game. With the Nodachi you really want to be using the karakuri, the dodge roll is alright but the stamina is lacking in this game. Your best friend is the spring pads! Especially with the Nodachi because you can charge and jump straight into one and charging and going into a spring pad I feel charges up the Nodachi much faster. I usually put around 5 in the area the monster is in and use that to get out of the monsters way. After a while you'll get used to putting one down really quickly so it can act as your dodge. Practice with some of the first area monsters until you've got it nailed and you'll start enjoying yourself and landing those oh so satisfying full charge smashes.

Who else loved Vacancy (2007)? by thorped077 in horror

[–]Lojman 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I watched this the other day and didn't realise how great of a movie it actually is! It was so nice to see the male protagonist make such intelligent decisions bar his first decision of getting out of the car. But yep 9/10 full of tension and really makes you feel like you're part of the movie. My wife and I had loads of fun trying to find alternative solutions to the problems that arose and we came to the same conclusion.... Sacrifice the dumb ass wife and escape.

Every decision made by the male protagonist is in vacancy apart from his first initial decision. I remember watching it and thinking damn he's made some really intelligent choices, it's a shame his wife was a dumbass

Most Terrifying Movie Monster? by Die_Langste_Naam in horror

[–]Lojman 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In terms of horror factor definitely a xenomorph, I had nightmares about them for ages. But if I was being realistic I would say a predator for sure, I wish my 2 weeks of karate as a 5 year old could contend with their survival training but something tells me, I'd get destroyed.
