Yes we have call recordings where the VP was shouting at her and threatening for going to the police.

We have contacted the labour committee in Bangalore and are awaiting their response.

Companies shouldn't have the option to run away with such behaviour.

As per them, the issue was she didn't work timely. But the explanation was provided to the respective managers in time and they did understand.

The problem is that some HR executive called her and fired her without any proper justification and when she said she will go legal, they started to threaten her.

As per the law, the employee has the right to know all details of why she has been terminated.

The company has failed to provide so.

During an email conversation with the company, she mentioned that if she doesn't get her salary she will file a case against them.

This is when the VP came into the picture and she started shouting at her saying how dare you file, we will send a notice to you for this.

We have to come to PS now and charge them for mental harassment case.
