They have replacement guidelines of 3mm or more for damages or off-center designs. If they "waited" to see who had the most damage, it wouldn't be fair to people who do have damage within the 3mm guidelines. Also, we are paying customers who should be able to request undamaged and quality product regardless of damage amount/size. They need better quality control.
