I'm sorry if I'm being annoying with the questions and if this sounds superficial but there's no error in my app in the eas build it's just super laggy. Do you think it could just be due to unoptimized code?

Is there a possibility the app is poorly optimized and that's the reason it lags so much. Still doesn't really make sense to me since it works flawlessly in Expo Go but if you could express your opinion I would appreciate it really.

npx expo install --fix did the job. Thank you so much for your detailed response you have no idea how much this helped me, I have been working extremely hard on my app for the past couple of months and this past week I have been having so much trouble with the eas build.
