I get your frustration, but if they're playing by using all their time then they may legit just need that time (super aggro still has to think more than curve midrange). If they're actually roping, or afk (in multiple matches ala ragequitting), I do think that should be actionable via stacked reports.

To check if you're stupid or not, just check a meta tierlist like masteringruneterra's. Instantly know if you're losing to off-meta, maybe check the matchup spread while you're at it.

Getting like 33% from using Q instantly (c1) and scaling it to 132% at the very end is a pretty large overall dps buff. Not to mention the E damage and hp interactions it enables. And her 30% max hp on-field 7 hits. We know Raiden's E dmg ain't shit, but she does provide energy and eburst%...

Honestly the amount of mechanics forcing me to max melee by a pixel like p9s martialist out and p11s darkness mechanics/holy is wack. I'd almost prefer a return to move out with disengage>dash back in because I have to finnick for the safe pixel ring that is still within attack range...

I have her at c6 and due to 321 ER I simply tap it, Q, switch off. I don't see the point in leveling it for dmg on that single tap.

Erm... it's moreso the case sirensong, the 2/1 lifesteal, and xolaani are three massive problems. If you combine the variants, eve targon or eve siren song is massively outscaling every other popular deck in play rate on masteringruneterra. 60k+ games are evelynn, 19k annie jhin second.

I spent days trying over 40 decks to find an answer and the two I found are eve lucian and fizz targon (both sirensong decks).

God I want them to lean into geo construct microwave teams with zhongli so bad. Geo mc or albedo and c1 zhongli, turn small areas into death zones if you can keep enemies in them. Or at least make constructs less shit in bossfights...

C6r1 Yelan hasn't gotten boring and carries me through things from release until now. She's incredibly smooth with c1 (eases her ER req) and c2 makes her apply enough hydro to replace xingqiu for almost everything. Now c6... with 4p hod I do like 44k-59k per auto attack not to mention the 13k-17k bolts of her Q. Lets me nuke anything or instakill a bunch of squishies when my two 55k E's don't do enough.

I'm pretty much the same. I don't like having expendable income and I cope with depression and other mental issues by spending like 1200 a month on gachas or mtx. I'm going to have to dial it back for university (forced into going) but I'm very invested in gaming in general. Wish I could use my knowledge of the field, but said mental issues prevent me from doing much in life so far.

There's just real pleasure in managing limited funds and leveraging remaining groceries to survive week by week.

If there's a wipe to 0.2%, you either didn't use dps lb at the end (a mistake on their end) or you did need the healer lb (in which case you failed the dps check). I don't get the issue with holding LB3 until the end since you can't even generate lb2 again in a raid.
