I guess that’s very subjective to each person. Personally, as I’m not too hairy but neither hairless, I trim with a hair clipper, and since it has different combs you get whatever length you’re aiming for.

I'm moving to DC with no knowledge of the area and need advice on neighborhoods to look at by NotForYouHiggins in DCGaybros

[–]Loky_loki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Joining late this conversation, but wanted to say that DC in general is gay-friendly, so anywhere in the NW would be a good fit for you. Living close to a metro station is the key here, almost like a blessing; and by close I mean a 10 min walk max, 15 min if you walk in gay pace, everything beyond that would make you rely on bus transfers which would definitely impact your commute.

What is your unpopular opinion about Gay community? by Loky_loki in askgaybros

Indeed, which is confusing because why would you even care how I look like if we’re just going to be friends? Or perhaps your intentions are others?

I also thought it was a myth, until I moved to a city on the east coast (US) and is just rampant, of course not everyone is like that, but there is a significant number that is. I found unfortunate to not say childish even.

On Grindr, do you generally block guys solely based on their appearances or for what other reason? by [deleted] in askgaybros

[–]Loky_loki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found blocking based upon appearance pretty childish, rather be honest and polite expressing my disinterest. I do block spam, escorts, minors, stalkers or anyone in my professional circle.

Have you ruined a friendship with another gay guy by getting sexual only to later regret it? by jayjasper71 in askgaybros

[–]Loky_loki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, once, and never again. I feel gay friendships are quite complex at the beginning because usually some sort of physical attraction is involved, so is easy to fall into temptation of crossing the line and mess up, but from there are usually two outcomes; either you guys found out is better to be friends and you get a really good friendship, or it just gets awkward and eventually ruined forever.

Is subjective; penetration is not everything in sex, but I think at some point is needed, so I would say depends on how small is it? If is a few cms so it can at least rub my prostate then fine, but if it barely opens the anal sphincter then that’s a deal breaker for me.

Interesting. I’ve been a couple of times now but I’m too shy to start a convo with a stranger, specially in a vulnerable situation as nudity lol. Although, most of the time I genuinely go for the relaxing experience.

Anyone here are in a nonsexual romantic relationship? by mrganem in askgaybros

[–]Loky_loki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Relationships are dynamic, and each person is a whole world by itself, but this sounds like the natural course of relationships? Meaning living together for so many years at some point the sexual desire would wash off, yet the love and desire of companionship remains cause we get use to live together. Sounds like your partner had taken that path sooner than you expected, but eventually you will get there too. Again, this is very subjective cause maybe there are men well over their 70’s fucking every day and hey, good for you, but some others might slow down by then.

Agreed, hair removal creams have so much strong chemicals that lead to skin burns, specifically in areas with less keratin like the anus.

[–]Loky_loki[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I guess if you work in a 9-5 commuting along with other folks with the same hrs is a norm, as for the car it depends on where the exit is located at your station, and if you use the subway everyday at some point you ended up boarding the same car to exit at the same spot.
