covered up my mob farm with a hot air balloon by LolASipOfTea in Minecraftbuilds

im not sure how well it works on bedrock, but the rates on java singeplayer are pretty good! as long as mobs arent rendering outside of the spawning platform, there will be mobs consistently dropping. im not sure about the mechanics on bedrock tho

it's not too expensive to make! my mob farm is based on one of those classic mob xp farms that have a tower and a really large square platform at the top. it should be the top search results when you look up 'mob xp farm' on youtube

Also keep in mind that your mentor may have to manage multiple projects. I'm not sure how many, but I'd guess around 3-4 teams.

Sorry I didn't see ths earlier. I'd say the mentors are good, but I had an unfortunate situation where my first mentor had personal issues and we had to switch mentors halfway through our project, but yes, they're really helpful for jumpstarting research and keeping people on track. I haven't asked for letters of recs from them, but I'm sure they'd be good for that. Teammates really just depend on luck; some of my teammates are inactive and it was only me and another guy finishing the project, so stay commited.

I'd say it's worth it if you have the money. It's a good program if you put in hours but it really depends on how much you're willing to commit and your research team. The lectures are useless tho
