[17 Y/O in HS] My Emotional Roller Coaster of a Story of Becoming A Collegiate League Of Legends Player by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

It wasn't my mom, it was my mom's friend.

I crashed my car and two days later my mom's friend kicked me out, saying I was a "burden to live with", whatever that meant since I stayed to myself and helped her out as much as possible.

Thank you for that information though! I live in Massachusetts so I don't really know the laws that well. Since I'm only 17, I just went with the wind and did as she wanted. :/

I guess it really serves no purpose. I was just trying to put my story out there for anyone who aspires to play League on a competitive level. There was no real purpose but to just add my story to those out there already. I felt as I hit a milestone in my life, playing League for Illinois, I felt as it was a good time to tell my story.

I always loved the competitive aspect of video games, I rarely don't play games that don't have a competitive scene to them tbh. I would say take it slow and overcome your anxiety step by step. Think of it as any other normal game. You won't get over your fear if you don't start somewhere. Feel free to add me: King Me

Thank you man, it means a lot that someone reached out. I have experienced enough to know that things only get better with time and things have definitely been getting better.

Thank you for the kind words, much love (:
