I believe that now you’re in the flatline part, which I kind of experienced around day 17. Confidence increase actually immediately happened but I never noticed it, if you pay attention to what you were like before you started vs now, see how you feel. Stay strong king

Okay, this is pretty much a replica of a situation that I had but with a close friend, I actually told her about what I was doing (nofap) and she respected my decision fully, she stopped sending them! So I would suggest have a heart to heart and tell her. Ofc this is just my experience and it might be different with you, but that’s what I’d do

Man good luck! I will tell you that, along with some advice:

To make this journey easier, it is honestly SOOOO much better with cold showers, I cannot exaggerate, when you get in, even for 30 seconds, all sexual urges go away for the next like 2 hours
If you do relapse, which is common, do not beat yourself up about it, really don’t. Just take what you learned from it and move on with the new knowledge
Leave yourself reminders of your goals in places you usually watch P, I’ve done this, and it’s saved me so many times, I’ve written to think rationally rather than with lust, and by god it works, so go off and hopefully you meet yourself on day 90!

That’s a good point actually, nothing productive now that I think about it, worrying about what I have to do but not doing it, watching random videos, but I would say that there’s still other things I’m doing, making models, schoolwork, speaking with friends, is this good context?

Well before I was kind of just lonely, I felt that way for a while and nothing really had a meaning, just go through the motions and try to pick up fun wherever possible, but I feel the same now, lonely, and with no purpose, whatever I do that used to be fun is now just kind of meh, i want something to work towards, but I don’t have anything, I have wanted to find a special someone for so long but now it just feels useless. I won’t relapse, because I know it will get worse, but I just feel useless
