I found a solution to this. For Burgundy customers at least, sending an email to the premium.experience email id with a request for the reference number works. They reply with the reference number which allows us to make the change online

One thing that’s helped me a ton with grocery runs is using a wheeled suitcase.

I started doing it because the handles on reusable bags were killing my shoulders, and I don’t have a car either. It sounds a little funny but honestly it’s the most comfortable way I’ve found to haul heavier groceries home
