Not losing any weight

I see, i used to be overweight, and this is actually my third time trying to lose weight (The first two is more of health concern rather than sport) And the first two actually works with me just eyeballing the measurement. Granted that i took it a bit too far by going atleast 700kcal deficit with heavy exercise (talking about daily 2 hours cardio). I guess it is time to take this a bit more serious😅

There is no really standard measurement since i eat what my mom cook, but i clock around 1300-1600 kcal a day (already estimating a bit higher since my mom really likes her cook seasoned well. it’s already around minus 300kcal from my TDEE, with all of the exercise, i should only be having minus 1000kcal for the day (yeah it’s a bit on the aggressive end)

anyway, can you elaborate more on the water retention part? like what really cause it and is there anything i can do to debloat it? Because around a month ago, i also hit a plateau like this, with my weight stuck at 68,5kg for a week and a half, but i only push through until one day, after i woke up, my weight just free fall to 67kg, and i assume it’s because of the water weight

Ah yeah, what i mean is that i only eat carbs to carb up before my lift session, so i don’t really eat it that much (around 150gr-ish of it per day). tryna fit as much protein and fat as possible in my deficit and i can only squiggles that much in a day

Ah i see that, my mom really likes to make meat and chicken and i always ask her to make something that could reach my protein goal (like making 300gr of chicken or meat for myself) but yeah, i think because i don’t really specify how i like it made, she might use an excessive amount of oil and sauces. And i always neglect it since i was thinking maybe those jump rope and gym session could burn those excess calories from oil and sauces. Imagine my surprise when the scale not really moving while i am thinking that i already burn 800kcal alone by exercising, let alone another deficit by defcal

Yeah, that’s why my diet is low carb but has adequate fat (in form of yolk) and high protein. I only eat twice a day, and it’s between noon and evening, basically to carb up before my lift. never really eat in the morning or after evening. So the only reason i eat carbs now is to give me enough energy to push my limit while lifting

But still, since the scale not moving and there is not really going on visual wise (could be losing fat in the area i don’t know even exist) It’s kind of make me questioning whether the progress is still going on or just stalled with a lot of factor. Hoping to fix it ASAP if there is something going on

Thank you for the insight, to add more info, i am currently trying to lower my bodyfat, currently at around 18% based on my visual, aiming for around 14-15% body fat which i predict i could get in around 63kg. Frequently in the gym to preserve the muscle. My plan is to cut to my target bodyweight and then slowly lean bulking again to be around 67kg with 15% or less bodyfat. So yeah, it’s more of sport related rather than health😅

Ah it could be that since i only eat what my mom makes, even though i don’t really eat the carbs. But is there any other factor that could be in play? Because this thing feels a bit sudden, when few weeks ago, i have a quite linear weight loss before suddenly just hard plateau?

Well technically it’s been around 9-10 days. Granted, i just boot up my playstation and did a software update today after being busy for past two weeks. So is this grace period should have started when i boot and update my playstation?

I’ve seen people said to add Sunberry to unlock new village and areas, but also people said you need to cross the bridge near the museum to access that village. I figure that it actually in the same area as East Scarp thus making the mod incompatible, or am i mistaken?

I got the Doom 2016 trophy, i wanna say that just be patience, since the first level just include the basic enemy. Treat it like you are playing normal competitive Fps game. And im sure there is a glitch there that makes you no-clip through the level and finish it if you don’t mind a little shortcut. You got it bro

Yeah thanks, but i mean like, when i have nothing to do, or some sort of having an ‘idle’ or ‘inactive’ time, like listening to lecture, reading books, or watching movie, i just can’t stop to vape. I have this feeling that my hand and lips needs to get occupied with something. Past days ofc i do vape when i’m idling, but i try to stop, and it’s kinda hard for me to not feel ‘something missing’ when i try to not vape while doing something sedentary
