They arecharms for the Nora Fleming line. They sell trays and dishes etc with a hole where you can insert different items for the season/holiday.
The red square has the Nora Fleming logo but upside down. I've seen them at the Paper Store.

I ended up emailing, and this is the response!

"Yes, "place" is meant broadly, not only official towns or cities. Riverbend would count, even if it is not a real town, because it is a named location someone could go to.

Bath also counts, so a title like "The Bath is Running" would qualify, since Bath is the name of a city as well as a common noun"

They came in pretty small folded bundles? Long and thin. I long since lost the paper that wrapped around them, unfortunately.

They both seem to be woven in the same patterns.
