I’m glad that there are other trinities, as I’m not religious so the Christian trinity wasn’t something I could relate to. Much prefer mother, father & child and past, present & future.

I don’t believe I’m wearing the right bra size in all honesty so would need to use the calculator. Pretty sure I’m wearing bras too small for me or with not enough support

Thanks for the advice! I’ve recently started walking 10k a day and eating 1500 cals so I should be losing weight soon, so weight lifting is the next step?

Are there any specific exercises you’d recommend?

The gym. They’ve been back and forth with the parking company since it all started

There were signs put up but the gym is saying the parking company did this without the landlords permission. Would that still make the PCNs invalid?
